Exciting Kids BJJ Camps During School Breaks!

Looking for a fun and active way to keep your child engaged during school breaks?

Our dojo is thrilled to offer Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Camps designed specifically for young warriors! 🥋

Our BJJ camps are the perfect combination of learning, play, and growth. Kids will enjoy hands-on training in a safe and supportive environment, making new friends while mastering self-defense techniques, building confidence, and improving their fitness. Whether your child is new to martial arts or already has some experience, our expert instructors will ensure they have a blast while learning valuable skills.

What to Expect:

  • Fun BJJ Drills & Techniques: Tailored for all skill levels, focusing on discipline and teamwork.
  • Games & Activities: Engaging games that reinforce the techniques learned.
  • Character Development: Emphasis on respect, perseverance, and leadership.

Daily Schedule Sample:

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Check-In and Warm-Up Run

9:15 AM – 10:15 AM: Morning BJJ Lesson

10:15 AM – 10:30 AM: Snack Break

10:30 AM – 11:15 AM: Situational Rolling and Strategy Session. Practice applying the morning’s lesson in controlled sparring scenarios.

11:15 meditation

11:20 AM – 12:00 PM: Game or Physical Activity. Play jiu-jitsu-related games like “Sumo,” “King of the Hill,” or obstacle courses to reinforce skills.

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Lunch Break. Include a quiet activity area for those who finish early (e.g., drawing or reading).

12:45 PM – 1:00 PM: Mat Chat and Discussion. Discuss topics like sportsmanship, goal-setting, or the history of BJJ.

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Afternoon BJJ Lesson. Introduce a secondary technique or refine concepts learned in the morning.

2:00 meditation

2:05 PM – 2:30 PM: Group Game Time (Team-building challenges or a mat-building competition)

 2:30 - 3:00 sparring

3:00 PM – 3:15 PM: Cool Down and Reflection. Stretching and breathing exercises. Reflect on the day’s lessons and achievements.

3:15 PM – 3:30 PM: Pick-Up and Daily Wrap-Up. Summarize the day’s activities and hand out any reminders for the next day.
