Phoenix Muay Thai is Rochester Jiu-Jitsu's striking program, built around the art of eight limbs — punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the first time or bringing experience from another striking background, our classes are designed to develop real technique, conditioning, and the ability to work fluidly with a partner. We move at your pace and make sure the fundamentals are truly solid before anything else.
Our program runs three times a week, with Monday and Wednesday fundamentals classes split into dedicated pad work and heavy bag blocks, and a more intensive intermediate class on Saturdays. As you grow, so does your training — sparring opportunities open up for students who've put in the time, demonstrated technical ability, and shown good sportsmanship with their teammates.
