Dan Curran, a City of Rochester firefighter, has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a decade, valuing discipline, strategy, and camaraderie on the mats. Outside of training, he loves running D&D sessions for the Phoenix Warriors, combining his passion for storytelling and teamwork.
